education and workforce development initiative managed by the South Carolina Council on Competitiveness. Operated in partnership with Tallo and South Carolina Future Makers, T.O.P. develops and facilitates communication between businesses and students across the state regarding opportunities such as apprenticeships, internships, employment, etc.
As the state’s ability to meet industries’ education and workforce development needs remains an evergreen issue for the long-term economic health of our state, initiatives such as T.O.P. are a part of the Council’s mission to collaboratively optimize existing resources, expertise, and ideas to develop world-class talent in South Carolina.

The Tallo team then coordinates with the Council to develop targeted \”Connect Campaigns\” to connect the designated businesses with students, recent graduates, and/or veterans re-entering the workforce who may have an interest in their particular industry. Campaigns are studied for success-rates and trends. They are then refined in order to ensure maximum benefit for all participants.
