Robyn Rudish-Laning named communications coordinator

Robyn Rudish-Laning has joined the South Carolina Council on Competitiveness as its communications coordinator.  In her new role, she will support the Council’s communications director in execution of day-to-day communications for the organization and its initiatives.

Robyn brings five years of communications and public relations experience to the SC Council on Competitiveness. Immediately prior to joining the Council, she served as marketing coordinator for Eyenavision, Inc., based in Pittsburgh. Her background also includes work with nonprofit organizations and publications, as well as public relations consulting and marketing.

“The South Carolina Council on Competitiveness is looking forward to adding Robyn’s expertise to our growing team,” said President and CEO Ann Marie Stieritz. “Robyn’s background and skills are an asset to the Council in her role coordinating day-to-day communications efforts.”

Robyn, a native of New Jersey, is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America’s South Carolina chapter and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the New Professionals section.

Robyn earned a B.A. in Public Relations and a M.S. in Media Arts and Technology, both from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
