The Role
Unlike the Support Specialist, the IT Network Specialist is typically tasked with keeping company servers and networks running, safe, and secure from technical issues and outside threats. IT Network specialists are part of the day-to-day upkeep of operations and as network architects and engineers, design and build local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Intranets within a company.
